Our People Operations team solves organizational and workplace challenges to enable our teams to grow and work together effectively. We support everything from hiring and onboarding to ensure our teams are properly resourced to building the internal culture, processes, and policies that cultivate our employee experience.
About the role
As a member of our People Operations team, you will be responsible for shaping our employee experience and driving initiatives to foster an inclusive, people-first company culture. You'll design and lead our company's internal events, employee recognition, and employee engagement programs.

What You will do
Oversee responsibility for primary HR business functions, which includes managing the company HRIS, administering employee benefits, and managing vendor relationships.
Provide high touch support to new employees by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach
Crafting experiences that will make employees feel valued and foster a sense of belonging. You will work on a variety of virtual and in-person events, from smaller team-building activities to company-wide gatherings and celebrations.
Identifying key employee opinions and sentiment through the use of surveys, focus groups, or other innovative methods and partnering with leadership to implement changes based on employee feedback.
Ensuring we have the necessary infrastructure and programs in place to support employees as we grow (i.e. internal communication channels, employee resource groups, benefits & perks, etc
What you will need
Bachelors or Masters degree with specialization in HR
3 to 4 years of experience as an HR professional.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills
strong understanding of how employee experience impacts culture, productivity, and retention
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Takes ownership and accountability for problem solving
