About the role
As a recruiter, you will help curate a talented community of engaged and passionate team members. By bringing in the most talented people possible, endless opportunities to shape and elevate the slice culture will come your way. You will be able to develop your skills and play with new ideas as we deliver on our promise to the business - the right people, in the right role, at the right time
What You will do
Full cycle recruitment - Source and recruit talent through sourcing, networking, direct approach, referrals etc
Manage the hiring process and provide a high-touch experience for the candidate from the application to offer.
Serve as an internal consultant by conducting training, coaching interviewers and making sure we follow consistent recruiting processes to bring the best candidates on board.
Come up with recruiting and staffing strategies.
What you will need
Minimum of 2-4 years of prior experience in hiring for startups/product based companies
A tremendous ability to communicate to all levels and functions both internally and externally.
An overwhelming desire to find innovative ways to bring in top-tier talent.
